Why does the audio extractor demux MP4 audio to an MKA file when the contained audio is in AAC format?

Why, exactly does the native client need us to open a page in another browser?

The media converter merges video only files and audio only files flawlessly.

I use Firefox portable and I can not save my settings

I would like to try this WebExtension, however I need to know if the native client is portable as I use a portable version of Firefox.
