Added a new preference where you can modify how links open into a new tab/container. When this option is selected, when opening a page which is assigned to another container, instead of keeping the current tab open, you can replace the current tab.

- Fixed issue (#1781) where toggling the "Limit to designated sites" checkbox would update Site Isolation preferences for other containers than the current one.
