Doesnt work with offline files

Doesn't work with file:// URLs (such as file:///C:/Users/username/Dropbox/index.html)

It loads an arbitrary URL in new tabs, and sets focus to the address bar.
It doesn't clear out the URL from the address bar, you have to manually clear it yourself first.
