Apologies for the experience you have had so far.
It may be that you have declined browser permissions to use the copy function. You should be able to change that in browser settings or by re-installing the extension.
As for slow downs and general issues - we are actively working on that now and you should see improvements with the upcoming versions of the app.

- I have been using the free version as a password generator & manager for years now with only occasional issues logging into the add-on. It's been stable for me for months now.
I recently upgraded to ensure availability on both mobile & home devices, and have appreciated the review of old accounts and privacy breach warnings.
