I have made some testing with NoScript together with some other security extensions on various websites. The conclusion: out of 3 security extensions, ONLY NoScript did detect and block the malicious requests on those test sites.

There seems to be script there that handles the follow button (and clicking that annoying wiggle box at the bottom) and it is getting blocked by noscript, even though it says it's a tab with higher privileges.
