this theme is great but is it supposed to be on only the right side?

I love the theme but it would be better than when you open "Manager Bookmark Toolmark" or Donwload etc the theme is in black[090A1C] and not in white.

This would be an easy 5 stars if it wasn't for the super annoying rain thing
