This keeps showing up for android. Thing is for droid unless rooted, hides browse paths from root to the droid app. So unless you know the complete path to VLC without error, your stuck.

Out of order in Linux Mint + VCL. Not working. File for VCL is created (*.m3u8) but it was empty when I was trying to open it in (other) text editor.
