PWAify wot DorkCaramel

WIP: This extension is still in the early stages of development: do not expect all features to work or user friendliness.

This extension intercepts requests for web-pages and injects a manifest this allows the browser to install it as a PWA. In the future it will also automatically add a service worker so the PWA will work offline.
