Fixed download button not appearing due to recent Reddit layout changes. Also improved reliability — the button now persists through page re-renders and works after periods of inactivity.

Fixed: Silent download mode now correctly suppresses the Save As dialog in Firefox. Previously Firefox would fall back to the browser's "always ask" preference and prompt for every file — the folder was created but images weren't saved automatically.
