As stated by others, this requires a refresh to make the redirect work. This is because it tries to set window.location before the page is ready instead of using addListener() or similar mechanisms.

Does not work. Just edit the link by replacing /shorts/[ID] with /watch?v=[ID].

It worked great, but it seems it stopped to work in June 2023 (infinite loop, like if youtube redirects to short)

As stated by others, it does not work all the time, sometimes requires refresh. Mentioned greasemonkey script is more reliable.

Often it doesn't work the first time the page loads. Have to hit refresh for it to work. The GreaseMonkey script by Fuim works more reliably.

Didn't work for me. Click YouTube shorts link within YouTube, still get shorts version.

Partially functional. It redirects to normal YouTube however you open a short, EXCEPT when you open it by clicking on a short from your homepage—i.e., the most common way to open a short.

You have to refresh the page to get it to work, when it should just work automatically.
