set dark theme on the start page

Hi, I really like this due to being able to clearly read my tabs and icons- AND enjoy the scenery. Need clear print and urls when surfing or shopping ;) and I love my themes! Tx

The design is great, except the new tab page is light themed, even though the OS is in dark mode.

not worth installing until dark mode home screen is added
