I enjoyed this while it worked. I keep getting error pages when creating preliminary reports but it never finishes. It tells you to refresh the page because its taking longer than usual. After refreshing, it just starts the process all over again. Even when I try to update a report for an existing one, the same thing happens. Their blog and forum are not active and the last update for this add-on was three years ago...had no idea. I don't want to remove this add-on since it still can be useful. It can definitely use a fix though.

    Extremely slow and unreliable. "Preparing report" to update the review rating has been running for several minutes, with no end in sight, and simply getting to the ratings page takes forever and sometimes fails with messages like "SSL handshake failed." I will now remove the extension.

    If the review doesn't exist (seems like I haven't found one yet), it just takes you to their website which is usually overloaded and doesn't work.

    Doesn't work. No icon anywhere, even with suggested "Remember History" setting. Web site extremely slow.

    DOnt work. You wait for several minutes without anything happening. If you are lucky, you get "Item could not be found" after a few minutes.

    Reviewmeta website is extremely slow. When it finally loads, it just displays "Item could not be found". Click "Check again" button and waited about 10 minutes for it to go through all of its "gathering data" and "preparing report" prompts until it finally displayed "Item could not be found" again. "Click here to check for the product on Amazon" loads the product page. So, this extension appears to be useless.

    Originally worked well. Now rarely. Just reports heavy traffic or can't find the item. (Mac Ventura user)

    When it works, it's great. "When it works".

    Their server is awful. Most often I get server time outs. When it DOES connect to their server, there's decent odds it's going to tell me that it couldn't find the item.

    Used to be a great add-on but I heard a rumor that Amazon basically bought it out to kill it or pays them to stop maintaining it or something. Now it's just useless. Does absolutely nothing except probably harvest your browsing info and sell it to advertisers.

    Don't waste your time. This add-on doesn't work. Their servers have been down for over a month.

    This extension has been down more than it is up. I enjoyed this extension but the fact that it is down means that I will delete this extension.
