Replaced domain Set with a Bloom Filter — memory usage reduced from ~8MB to ~128KB for 79,000+ blocked domains
Domain lookup is now O(1) instead of iterating the full list

Reliability

Added startup queue — URLs visited during initialization are no longer missed
Remote list now falls back to cached version if network fetch fails

Detection Improvements

Added weighted scoring system — weak words like "sexy" or "mature" no longer trigger deletion on their own
Added subdomain matching — blocking adult.com now also catches sub.adult.com
blocked.json keywords now matched against search queries, not just visited URLs
Added common adult site names (porn, pornhub, xvideos, xnxx, xhamster) to detection list

Bug Fixes

Fixed Google search queries not being deleted — was caused by google.com being in the wrong whitelist
Added onHistoryStateUpdated listener to catch Google pushState navigation
Internal browser URLs (about:, moz-extension://) are now properly skipped
iframes no longer trigger false checks — only main frame navigation is tracked
Title is now fetched from history after page load instead of using empty string
