Add-on uses built-in bookmarking system to allow user use FF sync.
Tags at the moment could not be implemented, because of very limited bookmarking API. New "Quantum Era" is the era of fewer features.

    Please add the ability to open the URLs in a new tab. Right now it doesn't matter if I CTRL+Left-Click, Shift+Left-Click, or Right-Click the URL to bring up the context menu, it'll just force me to open in the current tab.

    Also, please add favicons. Regular bookmarks already have those, it makes it easier to tell what URLs are what at a glance.

    Otherwise it's a great app.

    The addon works fine, but it doesn't allow renaming the links, which is essential when the page title is meaningless

    It is great but I just wish it used an another folder to store items which have been read.

    UPD: У меня на мышке нажатие на колёсико занято другой функцией. В настройках браузера включена опция "browser.tabs.loadBookmarksInTabs" - открывать закладки в новых вкладках. Хотелось бы и в дополнении также.

    Keyboard shortcut to open in sidebar, favicon of bookmark. Correct operation of wheel click.
    That was the reason that Save-To-Read is the best.

    Click on the "+" in the URL bar, and it adds the bookmark, and you can open your bookmarks in the side pannel. It's easy and OK, and very simple, but too basic for me, I'm looking for tags, and a sync function! Answer to the dev: how to sync? My FF is synced but it doesn't seem to sync S.T.Read. I use Save-to-read-later for the moment, as it sync by its own.

    ОС: Win 10 Pro (x64), FF 56.0.2 (x86) ➜ http://ipic.su/img/img7/fs/Firefox56.1539241067.png
    Я переустановил "56.0.2" и не стал ставить свой старый профиль для теста...

    Вот заснял видео ➜ https://cloud.mail.ru/public/9YVh/Cnp2RQkhk (переустановку не снимал)
    и видно что не создаётся даже папка "Save-To-Read" на свежем профиле, а сохраняются закладки в папке "Другие закладки" http://ipic.su/img/img7/fs/Ashampoo_Snap_11oktyabrya2018g.1539255529.png )
    Также запускал портативные версии "FF 62.0.3" (обнова работает без проблем) и "FF ESR 52.9.0" (на видео версия 0.4.2.1-signed.1-signed).
    К сожалению на Win 8.1 Pro (x64), сейчас нет возможности протестировать.

    Спасибо, помогло. Проблемы найдены.
    Версия 1.2 работает начиная от FF 56 и новее. FF 52 не совместим, там не всё работает.
