The support is pretty disappointing. I have been asked to provide details. After I sent the requested details several times I still receive emails asking me for details. I don't know what happens to my emails I have sent. I don't know what sort of details I should send in addition because the problem is quite simple: For unknown reasons 3 weeks later I still haven't access to my premium account.

(1) Supplied me with a VPN service that was faulty right from the start.
(2) When finally (after seven months) I decided to stop using their service for a better VPN provider I asked for a refund on my two-year subscription, amounting to eighteen months or $33.75 ... A pro rata refund on my two-year subscription of $45.00 would amount to $33.75, the amount requested.
