I renewed my premium account a couple of weeks ago, and it's been really really slow, so I downloaded the destop version, but it didn't work, kept telling me the software needs to be updated. I tried the contact button, but the page has never ever opened up, there's not other contact info on the software, please can sombody tell me who to contact? My email is 776104648@qq.com
