SmartReplyAssistant adds a smart side panel to Gmail and Outlook on the web. Open any email and it instantly:

• Summarizes the message so you grasp it at a glance
• Drafts a ready-to-send reply in your own voice — grounded in YOUR knowledge base
• Translates the incoming mail and your reply into 30+ languages
• Flags VIP senders with a sound and an alert
• Detects meetings and tasks, with one-click add-to-calendar
• Lets you dictate notes by voice

Replies come from your own knowledge base (FAQs, policies, tone of voice), so answers are accurate and on-brand — not generic AI text.

How it works: create a free account at smartreplyassistant.com, paste your personal token into the extension options, then open Gmail or Outlook. Open the panel via the extension's sidebar button (or Ctrl+Shift+U).

A free plan is included; paid plans add more monthly AI messages and shared team workspaces. The extension reads only the email you currently have open — it does not track browsing history.
