1. Licence Grant

TabWise Manager is provided as a non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to use the extension for personal or internal use. Ownership of the software remains with the developer.

1. Permitted Use

You may use the extension to manage browser tabs and improve performance within supported browsers.
You agree to use the add on only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.

1. Restrictions

You must not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the extension without permission
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use the extension in a way that disrupts services or violates system integrity
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the extension without authorisation

1. Functionality Disclaimer

TabWise Manager is provided as is. While it is designed to safely suspend and manage tabs, no guarantee is made that it will always function without interruption or error.

1. Limitation of Liability

The developer is not liable for:

Data loss, session loss, or interruption of browsing activity
Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the extension

Use of the extension is at your own risk.

1. Updates and Changes

The extension may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.

1. Termination

This licence is automatically terminated if you violate any terms. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the extension.

1. Privacy

Use of the extension is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The extension operates locally and does not collect or transmit personal data.

1. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of relevant courts.
