wot JP, 9 jaar geledenIt works which is more than I can say for a lot of add-ons but that voice is terrible. I can hardly understand it. It's like they dug up the old Dr. Sbaitso voice and sped it up. With that old of a voice generator it would at least be helpful if there were options to control its tone, pitch, and speed to fit the user and make it more understandable.
As it currently stands it's fairly unusable.
I applaud the effort, but unless you can get a voice made this century I can't see myself using it.
(I understand licensing may be an issue; can't say that I know how availability of different voices works for these types of projects.)

- Z 3 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Raygen, 7 maanden geledenThe highlighting is nice, something that I couldn't find in other extensions, but the voices are NOT natural (like the MS Edge TTS extension), they're just the classic robotic voices included in the OS.

- Z 1 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Israel Roldan, 3 jaar geledenBasically, it does nothing. I think that it didn't install the voices because I don't listen to any voices. I am on Firefox – Arch Linux – Kernel 6.1.12 – x86_64.

There is no 'toggle'.
The highlighting works, but there is no sound/voice.
