wot robsku, 6 jaar geledenNOTE THIS EDIT: I just noticed configuring TST and following it's advice of changing configuratin 'browser.tabs.multiselect' to true, but it didn't exist! This is 77.0.1 64-bit Linux version and that option didn't exists - I added it, but as it was not there to begin with, I doubt it will be of any help that I added it... Advice?
-- EDIT END --
Awesome! I used to love an old legacy add-on called Tab Mix Plus, which really is an awesome add-on for the tab bar, but now I love the tab tree much more - it's also specifically nice with small netbooks, like my Acer Aspire One D270 (old, I know, but still works marvels if not put under too heavy strain), that have a widescreen display and very low vertical resolution - you can hide the sidebar if you need to, although most of the time it's not a problem, and you save the height of the tab bar in vertical resolution available to show the actual page. With such small displays it really does matter a lot.
Edit: Many people are complaining about the lack of search function. I'm not sure what exactly they mean, I'm completely satisfied with being able to search tabs using the location bar - you can enable this from FireFox settings. However maybe a search function that only shows the matching tabs (and the tab-tree they are part of) in the sidebar - when it's empty it would show them all. I can't think of another way they mean, but I'm really fully content with searching for the tab using location bar anyway :)

1) Sometimes when I click on a tab, instead of just switching to that tab, that tab and any subordinate tabs open in a completely new window. It seems to happen when I click too hard on the tab. Or maybe there's a very slight movement of the cursor when I click.
2) Then when I move the tab and subordinate tabs back to their original place, the tab order is completely reversed.
Other than those two things, TreeTabs is a wonderful extension! It makes it a lot easier to deal with the many tabs I leave open all the time. - Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot wikik, 2 maanden geleden

No. The author won't fix the bugs. Let's add some stupid, idiotic crap. Why did they make this stupid pin? Now every time I move the tab to the beginning, it automatically pins itself instead of becoming the first one.How do I remove this stupid pin?

- Z 4 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Saxonvoter, 4 maanden geledenHad similar issues to another user. Upon opening new tabs from existing tabs, they always went to weird places (to the far right usually) instead of opening next to the tab I was using. This made the addon quite unusable to me...
BUT, I found this can be changed in Manage addon -> Options. At "Tabs opened from Existing Tabs", change "Last Child of the parent tab (recommended)" to "Child of the parent tab, next to the recently opened child (simulates the browser's default behavior)".
So I will continue using this for now. However, it might be a good idea to edit the default so it's more similar to the browser's default, I feel like most people can't be bothered to dive into the options/settings. - Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Wužiwar Firefox 19476058, 5 maanden geleden

No other browser has automatic tab nesting.
