When you try to use it, you get a message that says "Your browser does not support speech recognition."

Upon clicking Record, a message displayed which was outside the bounds of the small text window.

Um hello, this extension is named "Voice-to-Text Assistant." When it's exact the opposite, text-to-voice. Looks pretty dreadful as a tool for that too ("cannot read site aloud").

Не работает и не пишет, чего не хватает. Просто окошко с кривым оверфлоу и сообщением "что-то там (видимо распознавание) не поддерживается"
