Windows Cool Blue Accent wot Coyote

I was annoyed that Mozilla removed the ability to set the title bar to the Windows accent color, so I made this theme to attempt to recreate the previous look with the Cool Blue setting. This is my first theme, so it's far from perfect, or even good.
