Simple & efficace.

Works great with my YOURLS 1.7.9 instance. I like that if I try to create a URL on a page that already has one, it returns it. I also like how the custom URL is implemented. Thanks.

After some problems with the addon and its configuration, i've got some great support from Martin via e-mail. Now the plug in works with yourls 1.7.3 on my private server.

Broken and unsupported. Don't bother.
