It looks really good - better than FoxReplace because it has both find case and preserve case options.
Would definitely be 5/5 if it could be applied to general web pages (I wanted it for substack edits).

Unfortunately it's designed specifically for AO3, and I don't have any plans to make it work on other websites, since the entire extension is deeply tied into AO3's HTML structure.

I used to modify joke addons like "Cloud to Butt" to do this but having a dedicated and easy way to do these sorts of modifications is undeniably better.
