One one site this extension brings the functionality of workspaces (like Edge or Vivaldi have natively) to Firefox. And that's great. On the other site there is an anoying behaviour and a backup issue. The anoying behaviour is: Every time I shift a tab into a workspace or into another workspace this other workspace is focused. That should be selectable. I don't want to leave my current workspace when shifting tabs.
The security issue is: There is no way to backup the workspace set like in SimpleTabGroups for example. If Firefox crashes or the start options of Firefox are changed, the workspaces are lost.
I work with Edge in business and more and more in private life because workspaces are so well integrated. I don't want to miss them.
So I hope this extension will be modified soon.

    This is the Function I like and use in Vivaldi, and needed here in Firefox.

    It does the job, but as someone that uses vertical tabs on the left, I kinda hate the fact that the space switcher is in the top right of the browser. I came from Arc Browser and it's managed perfectly well there —only reason I'm back to Mozilla is becasue Windows support from the company is very bad in Arc and it's working very bad lately—.

    Hi Eloy,

    You probably have already added the workspaces add-on from the add-ons menu to the main toolbar.

    It is furthermore possible to customize the whole toolbar in Firefox, so it's possible to move the add-on to the left. Just right click the toolbar somewhere and you will find the relevant features.

    desperately needs support for keyboard shortcuts. need the ability to custom order workspaces instead of just sort alphabetically. other than that its really good.

    After switching from Opera GX, I was really missing the workspace function. This add-on isn't ás good, but gets the job done. What I'm missing most is a keyboard shortcut to switch between the workspaces. So, @developer, could you please implement that! :)

    Very nice and usefull, it reminds tabs after closing, and can manage it with the native mozilla groups, just add please shortcuts and correct a bug that sometimes idk why when closing it moves some tabs from one workspace to another.. , but before closing it works perfect

    If you close the browser it didn't remember the tabs that were open. I wish that it would have a feature that let's you change workspaces with keyboard shortcuts.
