The extension does its job of adding references to your library. However, I feel it lacks a basic feature that is provided both by ZoteroBib and Google Scholar: proving formatted citations in multiple styles (including BibTex). Another suggestion: please let us disable that obtrusive "Get the PDF" button.

Hi there! The feature to disable the View PDF button will be in the next release (or the next release but one). Formatted citations are available from Mendeley Desktop once the reference is imported. We are monitoring demand to be able to copy the formatted citation directly from the extension and will add your feedback in support of this feature.
