Оставайтесь в безопасности! -G.M. - This browser extension used to work decently enough (although, it has severely slow speeds and page timeouts compared to using full system VPN connection), but then it started to randomly log out without notification, leaving my IP and traffic exposed and unencrypted. Also, in order to log in, it now requires hCaptcha verification (which seems to be an excessive and burdensome extra security step, in my opinion). The problem is that this conflicts with other extensions that mask browser's fingerprint and strict browser cookie settings. Upon completing "finding the penguin", the process just loops back to the beginning... leaving me unable to complete the log-in... thus, making this browser extension completely USELESS to me. It should also be noted that I rarely have issues with hCaptcha on other websites. Further, hCaptcha's accessibility options (for those like me who have a hard time with the visual tests) are also invasive as they require an email address be logged in order for them to place a tracking cookie in the browser (which not only is counter-intuitive to browsing privacy, but also wouldn't work for me as I set to block and clear cookies on exit). Other bot testers offer an easy audio option without the need to log an email address for one-time access. I am a fan of the NordVPN company and will continue to use and trust it's services on all my devices. But I am not a fan of this product and the increasing over-burdensome login policies to protect accounts (maybe switch to having 2 separate connection and account passwords to make connecting devices easier and avoid the need for hCaptcha while still protecting access to account info/payment methods, etc?) Similarly, I'm not a fan of the random log-outs and exposed traffic on the iOS NordVPN app as well, (especially since the VPN connection status icon is hidden on Apple devices by the notch but the Nord iOS app provides no notification of disconnect)... This is a separate, but similar product design flaw.

- NordVPN is a scam company! Half a year ago, this service started having massive problems in Ukraine, NordVPN stopped connecting with all servers in Ukraine! I contacted support for a refund in a 30-day period, but support spent several days by the nose and only on the 31st day recognized the problem of the service in Ukraine, but they refused to return money the long term subscription, because 30 days had passed. The other day, the service partially resumed work in Ukraine, I contacted support to recalculate the subscription and add a few months to the subscription, but support refused this request. This is the most fraudulent service, do not pay them money! Once you pay, you become a hostage! NordVPN is a scam company!

Our team is ready to help you 24/7 via chat at support.nordvpn.com. -Neo - After a recent update this extension now forces a cookie into the browser. If you delete this cookie the extension puts it back after browser restart. This will happen even if you're logged out of the Nord VPN extension. I emailed customer support their advice was to disable the extension if I didn't want the cookie. The cookie is called _cf_bm , it's a cloudflare cookie they say is for "bot management". We tested other VPN extensions and none of them did this. I wrote this review last week but my review seems to have been deleted. I'm not sure why Nord VPN have started to do this but a VPN extension should not be forcing a cookie in your browser.

Thank you! -G.M. - websites loading extremely slow with the firefox addon enabled, even with the fastest server (quick connect). there is no point to use this addon, if i dont get the same speed like in the desktop app. with the desktop app, everything loading normal. please add split tunneling for websites in the desktop app too!!!
