incredibly simple idea, incredibly effective.

whenever i open social media to scroll for a few seconds, close it again without seeing anything entertaining or fulfilling only to open it again and repeat it is incredibly irritating and makes me hate myself for doing it.

one sec lets me take a breath and realize that there probably isnt any good reason to do so and lets me go do something which will actually make me happy. wonderful extension, could not reccomend more

    Amazing add-on (just like the mobile app).

    If possible, I would like to suggest a new feature I believe would be useful (to most people). It's the schedule. for me, it's useful to have this addon (as well as mobile app), enabled during working hours, as well as before sleep. But between that, I often find myself having to disable it temporarily.

    i like the idea and it works decently, but it's a bit janky. sometimes it makes you wait twice, or it randomly pops up even if you didn't leave the tab. it's also annoying that it shows up even if you leave just for one second. last, the breathing screen needs overflow:hidden in the css so it stops showing scrollbars that it shouldn't.

    Hey, thanks a lot for your feedback! You could definitely try enabling the "Intentional Website Switching" feature. This prevents the intervention from showing up again when briefly leaving a tab for a different site. Hope that helps!

    This add-on has really helped me to stay more forcused by adding an obsicle to accessing social media, while not fully disallowing it, for situations where it is necessary to access it.
