Simply ingenious, I can have tons of tabs open and get back to them later without it taking up memory or creating clutter in my space. The new update is great, it's like tabs for my tabs instead of a list now. I feel like I'll never get bored or lose track of something that I want to get back to, and it's not going to create clutter I don't want to lose or keep forever in my bookmarks.

Super handy extension! Especially when doing research or looking for references. Once you feel like you need a break you can wrap everything up with a single click and not worry about losing track or spending tons of time bookmarking tabs one by one. (One thing I'm missing though is ability to merge groups on android but it's not worthy of removing a star :P)

VERY VERY often this completely breaks and deletes ALL tabs saved in it. When it works it works amazingly, until it decides everything youve saved is now made of ghosts and clears itself to fresh install status but with settings the same

I used to exclusively use this but i just cant rely on it whatsoever now

Edit for you guys: If it is firefox doing this, ive gotten no warning or refresh firefox indicators at all and i have auto updates off so im not sure wth is going on here, will be changing my 2 stars to 5 because of this information because it really is the most useful tab storage add on with easy as heck wyas to mass save tabs

Love Onetab, but not a fan of the most recent update. Not sure why they changed it to this forced center-aligned layout with no ability to change it to something like previous versions, but it makes for a ton of wasted space on either side on my 1440p monitor. I also have the bug with Onetab auto-pinning its own tab every time it opens but they've mentioned they'll fix that soon, at least. Reverted to an older version for now.

1. If any application (including browser addons) does not have an OFFLINE import-export-backup function, it has no value to me, does not follow good practices and is poorly designed.

2. Cloud sync may be OPTIONAL for users who clearly need it.
Full import-export (containing complete data to restore the previous state, folders, groups, stars, pins, tasks, etc.) locally to the file is the foundation.
Cloud here, cloud there, some clouds everywhere, but a large group of users do not use clouds for everything (many use self-hosted) and must have access to file backup.

3. Currently, it is not possible to return to v1 as a workaround -> v2 should not be released because it is incomplete.

4. Do not install v2 if you plan to reinstall the OS soon, because you will lose the ability to export your OneTab bookmarks!
I was going to install a new OS in the coming days and now I can't transfer my bookmarks.

Maybe need to look for another addon?

PS: The current look and new features are great, but the lack of FULL file export-import is a bummer...

Newest update wiped years of accumulated tabs. The developer has taken no responsibility. Changed the way they save tabs, don't test it, and wipe user's existing tabs without making a backup first?

Pretty good but the update now forcibly creates a pinned tab and I cannot stand them. Let OneTab open in a regular tab. @dev: OK nice, will update this after that.

I was very wary when seeing this v2 update (in the old version I had to be careful to avoid 'Send all tabs... to OneTab', because it basically nuked everything without saving heh)... but I made a third party backup of my Firefox profile (as we all should! *hint hint*) and gave it a spin...

Really pleasantly surprised at how good the extra features are. The filtering options, much needed search, the trash - this whole update has expanded its use case. For me, it's gonna be a bit overwhelming to sort through 24k+ tabs, but at least I now have some tools to help whittle that down and have some degree of organisation.

My only slight gripe so far is the 3 panel UI, it's a bit unnecessary IMO - the Quick list and Tasks can easily share the left panel. I hope the dev takes in all the feedback and also looks into reports of data-loss for some people, coz that's obviously concerning. (Make good third-party backups, people!)

Closed multiple windows without warning immediately after installing. DO NOT INSTALL.

Lost all stored tabs over one update.
Become worst than useless overnight.

Down from five star because without warning, this stupid developer destroyed YEARS of accumulated saved tabs. The updated version DID NOT EVEN WORK it tried to show something but could only give me the start of a menu with flashing dots at the left as if it was doing something. Thank God there are other options for this functionality because I'm never going to trust this developer with my data ever again AND YOU SHOULDN'T TRUST THEM EITHER.

Largely I'm not that bothered by the update, I agree with folks that center align is jarring and I would like to go back to left align but alas, what does bother me though, is whenever I'm in the "one tab" tab, my scrollbar becomes so tiny that its unusable, the only option is to adjust the window which is not what I'm after.

give me a fix or fix it and I'll change the review.
