Edit: When v2.2.7 is released, please review the options page and you'll see a section that will let you disable the automatic group refresh. Please check that and it won't do the automatic reshuffling/refreshing.

Hi Janis, you're not the first one to complain about how it re-shuffles after every time one bookmark is added/updated/deleted.

I'll review and see what I can come up with.
