If you are having problems with dislikes not showing, click on the puzzle piece (extension icon) in the upper right which will open a drop down menu, click on Manage Extensions located at the bottom. This will open the add-on extension manager. Lastly, find the Return YouTube Dislike extension and hit the dot toggle turning it off, then on. Return to YouTube and hit refresh.
