These reviews are filled with people that don't understand the actual purpose of this extension. This addon stops YT from playing the next video automatically. It does not prevent a video from starting playback once YOU have clicked on it.

It doesn't work. The button is there, I have to press it to stop autoplaying videos and refreshing the page turns the button back on.

Doesn't seem to stops the preview window from autoplaying.

Simply doesn't work, videos in playlists continue autoplay next. (Of course I've refreshed the page...)

Working perfectly on FF Ver. 82 on Win10. It might be nice if there was a "Menu Bar" button to toggle this feature ON/OFF.

Works right out of the box. I love that I can fully hide the stupid autoplay box too. Best extension.

This extension does not work. AutoPlay is not disabled. Tested with FF v76.0.1 on 6/1/2020.

Just recieved an update for this 13-4-20 and it works perfectly again

As the previous reviewer pointed out — no "Up Next" boxes. It returns to the start of the video, paused, with the play button in the middle so you can play it again if you wanted. That's OK. There's still the recommended videos down the sidebar that showed much the same selection anyway.

Although it does what it's supposed to, it also does something it's not.
It breaks/cancels the screen with the recommended videos at the end of playback. Instead the extension should strive to keep the autoplay setting of youtube disabled. Or otherwise not creating this side-effect.
