Also don't really want to upgrade the app, cause I don't want to be able to pause this extension. This only will again lead to my worse behavior...

But the one thing that made me instantly uninstall is that it works with a timer and pausing or stopping it before it's over is - wait for it - a premium feature. Paying for what may be the most basic feature is a no-go for me.

Pausing the timer is a premium feature because if it were enabled for everyone and too easy, then it would entirely defeat the purpose of the extension.
