only once download video after that its not working. what a waste and trash addon

Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express is back up and working again! Thanks Dishita! Your app is my favorite Firefox Add-on, in large part due to the your incredible user support.

No longer downloads videos/mp3s, and even when it "worked" it was barely working. So disappointed in this extension, I even wasted money on it. Don't bother, just use one of the million free websites for this, they work so much better

It's one of the most important add-ons to me! Hope you will find a solution quickly to fix the issues affecting the downloads.

I would give this app ten stars if I could. It makes it fun to download my favorite music videos in the highest sound quality available. And the customer support is top notch - very friendly, very knowledgeable and quick to respond.

This add-on advertises that it will download YouTube videos in 1080 HD after you pay and upgrade to PRO version. However, after you pay and upgrade to PRO, there are, first, horrendous downloading issues, then, in a short period of time, the 1080 HD download option stops working, and you can no longer download in 1080 HD. Support does not offer any help after you contact them. I am not going to pay again. We should NOT have to pay again. Then the creator of the add-on gets the audacity to actually complain that he is not getting enough "donations" for this broken and ridiculously flawed add-on! Buyer BEWARE !!! This is false advertisement, and it is a scam.

I'm a PAID PRO User, and this was working fine until recently. Now it's saying mp3 downloads only work for PRO Users (which I am). I refuse to pay again!

PRO User account recently doesn't work anymore. Already paid for this account. Other paying customers have the same problem. Will not pay again.

I have been using this for years
During the week for the first time 1080p HD Video downloads stopped working, contacted Dishita and the problem got fixed in a few days
I highly recommend this extension I would happily pay for the Pro version again

Was working fine, until recently... I am a paid user and was having no issues using this tool until it suddenly started telling me that 1080p videos are only available to Pro users...which I AM. I truly hope this is a bug of some kind because I am not paying again for this.

As a pro user I have been using this downloader for several years and it always worked well and any problems were quickly solved. I think Dishita has been very busy developing the download app and has not been able to update the add on. I really hope the download problem for the add on will be solved as it always was. Maybe we will have to be a bit more patient now.

ADD-ON works good and is also easy to use, but PRO user does not work any more. I do understand and are willing to pay for a good service as this (as I allready had) but I also want to know how long it will work and I could not find any information about that.

This addon has been WELL worth the money spent to archive videos that are not made available elsewhere and the support from the dev team is great. I would recommend.

very very good only problem is..... WHY WOUD ANYONE ASK THE USER AFTER THEY DOWNLOAD THE EXTENTION TO BUY THEM A F**KIN COFFEE!!!!!!!!!

Takes a few clicks to download each video. At a minimum, options should include the ability to set a download location and a default resolution.
