I am very thankful to their hardwork and it sucks when it doesn't work, I get upset cause NO OTHER PLUGIN CAN COMPARE EVER, but don't fret or worry too much cause I found that you can ALWAYS count on them to make a repair eventually and it is back to working in a decent amount of time. Sometimes a little slow to get started, but you only need to be patient, or possibly re-start the download, for those few you'll want to keep. Just bought him a coffee above the suggested amount, and now doing this review to show my appreciation.
