It only stops working when YouTube makes changes to its code to avoid, among other things, people downloading videos. The person working in this application does it all by himself and offers it for free. He is constantly updating it and fixing bugs. So why not give him a good review?

The best youtube downloader extension, period. I'm a tabletop RPG GM and I use music from video games for my sessions a lot and the music is hard to find sometimes. So it's easier to just go on youtube and do the conversion myself.
