Edit.: I'm using it for the last 2 weeks and noticed 1 bug, when the link has a NAME instead of the url itself, the drag function only search the NAME of it.
Example name=[link], but the URL is a picture when I click on it.

Reply: Usually it's not plain URL, for example a button that redirects you somewhere and has some text on it. Some images also have attached link with them but now the dragging operation opens up the picture in a new tab, there should be an option to open the link instead.Balasan pengembang

Hyper Drag may not support a space and the newline before and after the URL.

We do not have an API to access the firefox's default search engine.(after firefox57)

It already is better than Fire Drag is, simply because Facebook Messenger functions as it should.

基本的には、
テキスト（URL）は「http」「https」「ttp」「ttps」「ドメイン」から始まる、
URLとして利用できる文字列を判別してURLとしてタブを開きます。
1.2.0では、URLの末尾にスペースが入っている場合はテキスト検索として動作しています。

『リンク』なども「テキストでグーグル検索」だけでなく「リンクを開く」など使い分けられると便利かと思います。
それ以外は今現状のドロップ&ドラッグ系の拡張機能で最も安定して使いやすいです。Balasan pengembang
dikirim 7 tahun yang lalu『リンク』はリンクをマウスホイールで中クリックすることで新しいタブで開くことができるので、実装を見送りました。
しかしマウスホイールの中クリックでは新しいタブ位置を指定できないので、HyperDragを利用してタブの位置を指定したい場合もあると思うので設定を追加することを検討させて頂きます。

This one does exactly what my original one did (especially open a search in a background tab) as well as offers some really nice image options (save or search).
