edit: I have to edit this review because after changing the password it now works. Unfortunately there has been a mess with the username and password created since they introduced the ability to log in with email. Then when you cannot cancel the subscription before the end of the trial, they charge you for the whole year. Absolute disgrace + they spam emails every day. Never again
