Why does it now show v3.51.0 as the latest version at both
https://addons.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/addon/browsec/
and
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/browsec/
with any browser?
Do I need a specific IP to see a later version, or is the extension nearing its end?
