Sorry for the late reply. This behavior was a bug in 4.4: “Current Tab Only” could end up clearing data beyond the active site. I’ve fixed it and submitted the update to Mozilla, just waiting for approval. Once it’s out, it’ll behave correctly. Please update when it’s available. If it still happens, tell me the version and I’ll look into it right away.
