Later on we are going to ad a setting to flag a user as "private" or "offline" and when that is active other users can not see that the user is online or offline or follow them in this manner.     Added allowlist and blocklist. If user presses the settings button on a page it adds the current page either to a:
    Allowlist or a blocklist.
    If it's a topdomain and on blocklist, it will block the extension on all of that domain.
