- Valutata 5 su 5di Aich, 36 minuti faI have loved OneTab for years. It has made my life infinitely easier.
I am also someone who hates change. I was quite upset a while back when an update made it so I couldn't see how many tabs were saved in a section. A tiny thing! And that's the kind of change I still don't like.
So I want to be incredibly clear that I LOVE the new update. Yes it's centre-aligned which is a little odd. Yes you still can't see the number at the top of each section.
BUT.
- You can move sections of tabs around
- You can set sections as projects/tasks
- You can ADD NOTES to a section when you add a title
- In the sidebar it now once again includes how many tabs are in a section
- SEARCH FUNCTION
This is all of the changes I didn't realise I needed or wanted (... well. Except for the moving sections around) but which all suit how I use OneTab - ways to sort tabs I want to go over and check in my own time. It also seems to have expanded the options to clarify some things and add new options with how tabs get opened? Without changing my old presets?
This is fantastic. OneTab Team? I want to be clear: I ADORE you for this. As someone who hates change, this is every change I have actually wanted from something I use.
Given I use tumblr and the hell updates we get there, this was a delightful change of pace. Thank you so much. - Valutata 5 su 5di SpeedyBroom, 2 ore fa

- Valutata 1 su 5di Utente Firefox 18747101, 6 ore fawent from a 5-star extension to a 1-star (I'd give it minus 5 if I could) simple cause of the sh***y update that center-alligned everything without an option to revert it back to left allignment
STOP MESSING WITH HOW I WANT THINGS TO LOOK AND FEEL!!!
The new "ui update" is horrid, wastes so much "screen estate", and suffers from the same typical garbage "fluffy rounded cloudy corners and seperating things with 5 billion wasted pixel-space between each section" -.-
Exported tabs, uninstalled, reverted back to old version and disabled updates... - Valutata 5 su 5di Utente Firefox 16767173, 6 ore faAn absolute powerhouse, now exponentially better with the upgrade.
- Valutata 5 su 5di edythe, 3 giorni faI love this extension. it helps me manage too-many-tabs addiction / compulsion. almost every browsing session, I open so many tabs that i can't remember what they are or where they are. with OneTab I right-click anywhere on a page and send them all away and the urls and page titles appear in a list on a OneTab tab, all safe and sound.

- Valutata 5 su 5di Utente Firefox 19033338, 6 giorni faSo, what does it take to get Mozilla to approve your add-on update? It's already updated in Chrome and Edge. Does Mozilla have any contact info for their Add-Ons 'department'?

pubblicato il 18 giorni faWe've submitted v2 to Mozilla for source code review, so it's very close now. They can take 10 days, but it might be much sooner. - Valutata 1 su 5di Utente Firefox 13071229, un mese faI love it on Windows, but on Android I have over 100 tabs open and it only offers to save one tab. Which makes it kind of useless.

pubblicato il un mese faUnfortunately, the Android Firefox does not report any tabs to OneTab which are "unloaded". This means that although we tried to make it work on Firefox Android, it's simply impossible until the Firefox Android API reports all tabs to extensions. - Valutata 5 su 5di Wallace Lawson, un mese faHas the Firefox version been abandoned? The last update was two years ago, and the Google Chrome version is way ahead of this one. Please, developers.

pubblicato il un mese faThanks, yes v2 is imminent. Firefox has some differences which means we couldn't just immediately release the same version as was released to Chrome. - Valutata 1 su 5di AmooEbrahim, un mese fa
- Valutata 2 su 5di Anon, un mese faI'm going to go out on a limb and assume this extension must have pre-dated the firefox group feature, because it's essentially an extension that does something firefox already has built in.
You simply select one or more tabs, right click, "add to group", have several groups if you so please, then when you want to leave the group/s of tabs to return to later, just right click and select "save and close group", and voilà. You can find you saved groups in the tab drop-down, NOT the bookmarks drop-down. Don't know if its universally displayed as such across devices but on my linux desktop it is the drop-down at the top right, 4th button from the right edge. Looky like-an upside-down ^ - i honestly dont know where that symbol is on the keyboard lmao.
In my opinion, when features are added that defeats the purpose of an extension, or a large chunk of an entire category of extensions, the developers should remove their extensions to help clean up the extensions hub, reduce confusion amongst the easily-confused, and realise they ought to stop beating a dead horse, el chapo.
But thats just my two cents, and after all, what do i know, aside from everything?
