Telescopify di shirkaen

Adds quick mouseless navigation between open tabs and interactive elements on page. Inspired by Telescope plugin for vim/nvim.
Usage:
* Double press f for tab search
* Press f,a not f+a to search for page elements with registered event handlers (Points of Interest)
* Use arrows to navigate through results and enter to go to the result
