I re-enable it, but then when I close/open the browser, the addon is disabled again (only on YouTube)

pubblicato il 4 mesi faWe are using a new strategy to handle YouTube's anti-ad blocking warning. When we detect YouTube's notification, we will automatically pause Adblock Browser so you can continue watching without disruption. The pause is temporary so if you leave YouTube and return later, it will remain unpaused until the warning is detected again. We believe YouTube will only attempt to show you the wall for a day or two and then we can go back to blocking ads as normal. - This used to be a great add-on, but now at least weekly if not every few days (I haven't kept track) it will randomly open a new tab (stealing my attention) nagging at me to pay for a subscription. On top of that I am finding that I have to disable this add-on for more and more websites from glitches it causes. Websites that don't really even have ad's. Like the most recent one, eBay. I was having problems with eBay loading. And after resetting Firefox, I started disabling add-ons. After I disabled Adblock suddenly eBay loads perfectly, and even faster than it has in a long time. Yes I tried reinstalling it, then I have the same problems again. This add-on has passed it's time. It has become what it was designed to block.
Edit: After using my browser without adblock for a few hours, every site is noticeably faster. Interesting, there was a time when adblock would speed things up... Evidently that has changed. Other reviews have a response about how you initiate that popup when there is an update. Perhaps limit how many times that can pop-up because it happened far more than once a month.Replica dello sviluppatore

However, in some cases we've found that your settings might have changed which is why ads are suddenly appearing. Well can adblock please explain to me why I get a popup every once in a while to give $40 a year to use their addon?
About the money I donated which was $35 I want it back. Why you don't need to lie about it be honest up front.
