Please add negative values for LETTER SPACING as well as Font Weight for Shadow.

i feel like you should put open_in_tab as false instead of true in manifest so i can easily adjust captions style

Exactly what I was looking for, it has text outline option called "stroke". Very helpful because default subtitles blend with a video, even changing color doesn't help.

this is great! but for some reason the custom fonts don't work, any ideas why?

The font needs to be installed and its name in the "font name" field must be the same as it appears in your OS, without the weight (so e.g. Open Sans, Noto Serif). Otherwise it won't be detected by the browser.
