    It's not working for me in 115.18.0esr, I continue to get the AI overviews. The information they provide is almost always faulty, and it's really becoming quite depressing always getting fed wrong information. I truly wish there was some actual way to disable it.

    Hi! This is probably because you don't have permissions configured correctly.

    To fix:
    1. Head to https://google.com or search for anything on Google.
    2. Click on the Extensions button in your toolbar. This should look like a puzzle icon.
    3. Right-click on this extension's icon.
    4. Change the "Extension can read and change data" setting to Always Allow.
    5. Refresh the page.

    Does exactly what it says it will, takes away the ai from google searches. Absolute lifesaver
