I guess they were listening to my original reply - they just pushed 2 updates very quickly, hooray.

I've fixed all these issues in my local version but it's been taking almost a month for the Firefox team to approve my updates - whereas in Chrome it takes 30 minutes!

I'll have to refer you to the Chrome extension until they approve the update. Just to give you an idea the Chrome extension is already 10 versions into the future https://jasonsavard.com/wiki/Checker_Plus_for_Gmail_changelog
I've had to reduce the compatibility back to Firefox 52 please don't rate me on this but rather the Firefox approval process.

- I've revoked my original 4-star review - here's why:
It seems the recently updated extension no longer supports the Firefox ESR channel for older PCs that can't run Windows 10/11.
The extension was working fine until 7th April 2026, then on that day a new version installed automatically, and now it's just a mass of error messages ... all of them in a bold white font on a bright red background.
The messages rapidly accumulate down the screen, over the top of emails, rendering the extension near-useless. - Valutata 1 su 5di VV, 2 giorni faDecided to 'update' it to disable any interaction with emails when it's incessantly requesting relogin... well, if you're so desperate for 1/5 stars, here it is...

- Valutata 2 su 5di Utente Firefox 18619995, 2 mesi faJanky plugin that doesn't allow you to change the order of your email accounts unless you add them in manually - and then you are limited to 3 accounts before you have to give him money. Bait and switch. Uninstalling.

- This addon is not even open source. Author can see all your email and contents in it. Look at his homepage and privacy policy. At least he is being honest about it.
It is upto you, users to trust this random man on the Internet with your gmail contents. I don't know why Mozilla has this under "Recommended" section. - Valutata 5 su 5di Utente Firefox 19570429, 5 mesi faFirst too get notified for all that website its okay with us
- Valutata 2 su 5di Utente Firefox 19113551, 6 mesi faHow do people trust their data to a random guy's extension instead of googles relatively solid service never ceases to amaze me.
