This addon no longer auto-deletes unwanted/non-whitelisted cookies in the latest FF (Im on 143.xx). Sent email to dev, but this addon has had no updates since 2021.

However, the addon still works flawlessly with Waterfox.

Perfection! ***** twitch decided to cut-off _10 DAYS FRESH_ ESR and this saved me a looot of manual coding.
(visual refresh is not always instant but that is only -0.01%)

No longer works as expected and seems to have been abandoned. Developer is unresponsive. A shame. Could have been much better than most cookie managers.

Stopped properly working at least a few weeks ago. Seems like manually cleaning website data does clean localstorage and whatever else (because I have to re-enable push notifications and change some site settings), but doesn't log me off. Fx 129 x64

I downloaded this for the claimed ability to import cookies.

After wasting extensive amounts of time trying to figure out how, and reading numerous reviews, it appears this function doesn't exist any more.

There is not even the 'editor' option claimed. I have no editor.

Either I'm doing something stupid or this extension doesn't do what it claims!

If, indeed, there is a way to import cookies then it's been well hidden. I'd be willing to revise this review (if this extension does do what it says on the can and someone can point me to how to do it).

Update: I've revised my rating from a one star to three star following the developer's response below (thank you). I've now been able to find the import function.

I've not upgraded it to a 5 for two reasons:

1) The documentation is not great. How to access the import function should have been available in the "Help" and

2) Even with the developer's message below it took me a while to figure out because he doesn't seem to have taken into account that not everybody has every extension on their toolbar! I don't have any and so I was opening the extension to try and find the import function and the option just wasn't there. When he says, "click the Cookiebro extension icon" what he means is "Add the Cookiebro extension to your TOOLBAR and then click on it"

Really useful addon

This add-on is good, but it could be better.
I would like to suggest some features.
1. Clean on tab discard
2. Clean on domain change
3. Auto-cookie cleans in 15–30 seconds (it has a 1 minute minimum).

The best cookie managing tools. And it seems working well even on Android.

I was hoping to be able to just click on this add-on and see all cookies on the computer to avoid going thru several steps using FF Tools...etc

Editor is hard to used. And not easy for multi account.

Causes Firefox startup to hang for between 30s to 60s. Otherwise it's a great extension.

Cookiebro - My Main Man!

A hearty "thank you" to the developer for demonstrating how useful and important
it is to be able to blacklist cookies.

(I cannot believe how many developers omit this critical and time-saving feature when writing these types of extensions.)

This cookie manager allows the user to go in, examine each individual cookie, and decide whether or not you want it on your machine. Sure, I get that auto-deleting cookies is useful, but you've probably noticed that sites will dump many cookies into your browser that you simply do not need.

Why not prevent a problem before it even starts?

It is a great pity that the developer hasn't done anything with this in months; I can only hope he/she has not decided to abandon it. If they need donations to keep this thing going, I would be willing to slip him/her a few dollars, and gladly.

(The Cookie Log feature is particularly brilliant. You can even blacklist cookies while you are in there without having to go into the editor. How cool is that?)

As an earlier reviewer said: This add-on should have far more users than it has.

The setting "Auto-delete indexedDB and localStorage of websites at browser startup" causes blank pages for several sites including imgur, ticktick.com, and qfc.com. Clearing cookies now throws an error message as well.

К сожалению, хотя в описании и написано про поддержку контейнеров, по факту в Cookiebro Editor не найден функционал управления cookies-ами выбранного контейнера. Как в "Cookie Quick Manager". А нужно было именно это.
