    Go to about:addons (Ctrl + Shift + A) and there'll be a toggle to turn it off and on

    Works as described, yet I am wondering why are there two gleaming white buttons for "Google Search" and "I'm Feeling Lucky" smack in the page. Seems to defeat the entire purpose of having a dark theme. I would prefer to have these elements also dark, with light lettering yet cannot seem to find a theme which gives this option. Will continue to look for one. *sigh*

    This issue has been fixed. If you find yourself searching from the Google homepage, you may find yourself saving time by searching directly from the address bar.

    Installed it just now and WOW! It is looking AWESOME! Maybe you should consider to add the so called "pinned top websites" page as well BUT it isn't a must! I am soo happy that google search opens now with a dark theme!! Thank You!

    you can download my Matte Black Theme if you want that (or you can email me and I'll tell you how to make your own theme that changes the color of the new tab page)
