Dashlane team is releasing updates to production without proper testing, despite multiple issues. Every other day they release a new update and it breaks the addon's critical functionality. The new update today 6.2617.0 also breaks the autofill, clicking the login box does not load addon's dropdown for autofill, it was working before. It fails to fill 2FA for many websites which were working earlier too. Such a shame. I wish I could abuse properly here.

was great until it became paid. i now use bitwarden as its just as good & not forcing a whole userbase to switch to a paid subscription

I'm feeling safe with dashlane, beacause the automatic filing function is great, and I think it's more safe with Dashlane than with my browser.

Great app as a paid user.

It saves me a lot of time with the auto-fill feature and by automatically displaying the saved information.

I wish it was possible to be able to get access to the information in internet offline mode and that the app sometimes was faster to show the saved fields.

Despite paying for an expensive family plan for years, this application still performs underwhelming. The auto login often fails, even has to be disabled for some websites, otherwise I just can't log in. I always tell Dashlane to remember my sign-in for 2 weeks, but when switching networks, or being offline on browser startup, I need to enter my master password (over 20 characters) again. The mobile version is even much worse. When it works, it works great, and core functionality is pretty good, but it's disappointing overall.

Cannot manage account without installing the extension.
Cannot delete a pre-existing account without paying for a plan.

Edit: After talking to support, you CAN delete your account without a plan. But, you need to go directly to the account deletion page (I would link, but cannot include links in add-on reviews). Also, you must have the extension installed to access the account deletion page, you do not need to be logged in, just have the extension installed.

Used for 10 yrs or so. Never a problem.
